The service provided by the staff was really good. Upon check-in, Shauneen were really nice too assist me, offering personalized recommendations for dining and local attractions. The breakfast was well-prepared with a good selection of items, fueling my busy workdays. I found the location to be ideal, conveniently close to the city center.
The parking situation was a bit challenging.

Plenty of goodies for breakfast. Relaxing room with shower, Covid requirements, for example as advertised.

The location was handy, 5 min walk from bus station. I booked a king room with an iron and ironing board, an electronic key card, and a work desk. I appreciated the hotel and found the staff fabulous and fine.

Room was comfortable and clean, ideally located hotel and breakfast was decent...
The restaurant (night time bistro) was horrendous, we sat down and immediately left - bleak!

All good - we truly enjoyed this lovely central hotel - the food was GREAT and the staff were very pleasant. Our room was perfectly clean and huge and had 2 single beds.

We explored the Halloween festival, trying out workshops and enjoying the spooky vibe. We also went on a foodie tour with Made in Derry, sampling local dishes. The hotel was central. The buffet breakfast was great and the staff were super nice.

Location only.
Would not stay in this hotel again. Find it hard to understand how this hotel is classed as a 4 star. The duvet cover on the bed was ripped on both sides. The food was bad and when this was pointed out to staff they were not interested. Ranks as the worst hotel ive stayed in in Northern Ireland.

Location was excellent, all staff at reception went beyond the call of duty to help us with queries, directions etc. The breakfast was excellent and the staff in the restaurant were also most helpful.

The staff at the Tower Hotel were very pleasant especially the Bar staff and staff serving the breakfast in mornings. The food was lovely and reasonably priced. The hotel is very central to shops, sight seeing etc . I shared a room with my mother and the room we had had a single bed and double bed which was great and plenty of room. The bathroom was a big, clean and shower pressure was brilliant and didn't come out in a trickle!
We were disappointed when we first seen our room as there were stains on carpet, on pull out sofa, ( thank goodness we hadn't to sleep on that), the cushions on bed stained, the furniture was a bit battered looking despite this the room was clean and bathroom clean. The TV had no Sky news channels or teletext which is a pain if you wanted to check or watch news or check football results instead of having to ask other people as we didn't go out much at night after being out sight seeing during the day we were tired and wanted to relax.

I was assisted by a staff member who went out of her way to help me when I had car trouble. She drove me to my car to jump-start it. The breakfast provided each morning was consistently good and set a positive tone for the day. As a couple visiting from New Zealand, we appreciated the friendly atmosphere.
We encountered some noise from the street outside at night, which disrupted our sleep on occasion. The car parking situation was confusing, and initially, we were told it was full when there were spaces available.

Only stayed one night, travelled over from England for a concert arrived early and asked if their was a luggage room to drop of my bag so I could see a bit of Derry before check in time, staff helpful checked if the two rooms where ready and allowed us to check in early. Both rooms very clean and comfortable. Had a couple of drinks in the bar after the concert again staff very polite. A great choice for breakfast in the morning and checked out1230. If you are going to see Derry, it's location inside the Walls it's the Hotel to stay.

the car park was very small and people seemed to park anywhere which made it difficult to understand the structure of the car park
